Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University

Founded in the year 2015, the Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University is a State University established by the Government of Gujarat. Located in Junagadh, BKNMU is a UGC recognised which has also been recognised by the AIU. The jurisdiction of the University includes Junagadh, Porbandar, Gir Somnath and Devbhumi Dwarka districts. It offers courses on both UG and PG levels across Arts, Science and Commerce streams. BKNMU admissions are primarily merit-based . The university conducts entrance test for admission to B.Ed, M.Ed and PhD programmes .
